Lisa homes was very helpful to my son she interacted with him in simple way ie blowing bubbles he helped him calm down. I truly appreciate your help list hope you continue with that kindness.

Would be nice 17 staff came out and gave me regular updates of how your likely still to wait to queue.

Smooth transition between booking in and being seen by consultant.
Suggested improvements
Put the heating down!! It was hot and uncomfortable with no fresh air. Ideal breeding ground for germs! Heating needed on wards but not in outpatients.
